TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Package will not be provided unless payment has been received by the deadline, 13 April 2007. For late confirmation, availability may not be guaranteed.
• Terms of Payment:
  • 50% down payment upon confirmation
  • 50% before the starting of the exhibition
• In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the 50% down payment will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation fourteen (14) days or less from the event or during course of the event, the full package sum is hereby payable to the organizer.
• The organizer reserved the right to amend/ modify date and venue of the seminar.
• The organizer will held responsible for any loss or damage of exhibitors good or products during the seminar.

NOTES

• Issue cheque payable to TechSource Systems Sdn Bhd.
• Complete the Sponsor/ Advertiser Reply Form and return by fax to 603-8076 1954.
• Submit the names of booth attendees at the exhibition.
• The advertisements in the Seminar Booklet should be prepared by the sponsor and its softcopy to be sent to us before 20 April 2007.
• Full- colored company logo for backdrop/ website/ publicity banners should be prepared by the sponsor and its softcopy to be sent to us before 20 April 2007.
• Booth location will be determined by the organizer.
